Terms of Service

By using findall.si you agree to these terms.

The service

findall.si lets you search the public web for people, companies and opportunities, build verified lists, reveal publicly listed contact details and export results. Results are generated automatically from web sources and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify anything important before relying on it.

Credits and payments

• Features are paid for with credits. Prices are shown in the app before you run anything. 1,000 credits cost $1.
• Verified lists charge the shown maximum upfront and refund credits for rows that never matched. Contact reveal is charged per attempt, including when nothing is found. Failed operations are refunded.
• Credits do not expire and are not refundable for cash once purchased, except where required by law. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record.

Acceptable use

• Use results lawfully. You are responsible for complying with anti-spam, privacy and data-protection laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of your recipients.
• No scraping of the service, reselling of raw results, or use that harms the service or others.
• We may limit request rates to keep the service available for everyone.

Accounts

You need a Google account to sign in. Keep it secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
